The ISOS Group founders have a combined experience of 20 plus years assisting various entities with innovative approaches towards building comprehensive and cost-cutting, sustainable strategies.

Ms. Nancy Mancilla is the CEO and Co-Founder of ISOS Group, a full-service international sustainability consultancy firm. She is tasked with business development, trainings, and coordinating and integrating sustainability concepts into value-added practices for businesses, communities and governments.

Prior to incorporating ISOS Group, Nancy worked to assist Winrock International in developing their sustainability services and led numerous micro-economic development projects related biodiversity, agronomics and renewable energy. This position was a result of an analysis completed for Winrock on the sustainability of their hydro- electric projects in the Republic of Georgia as opposed to Russian energy sources. She has served on the Little Rock City Mayor’s Sustainability Commission, Arkansas Clean Cities Coalition and the Arkansas Biofuels Alliance.

Nancy earned her Bachelor’s degree in International Relations (IR) with a Minor in Environmental Studies from the U.S. International University in San Diego, California. She also holds a Masters in IR from the University of Amsterdam- ISHSS, as well as an inaugural Master’s degree in Public Service from the Clinton School of Public Service in Little Rock, Arkansas where she dedicated her work to sustainability.
Nancy’s native language is English and she has a working knowledge of Spanish, German, and Dutch.

Mr. Alexandru Georgescu, the CFO of ISOS Group, is in charge of enhancing business performance and owners’ value, managing ISOS Group’s financial operations and implementing/supervising internal controls. Alexandru has achieved a broad managerial experience in the Financial and IT industries by working with various companies across Europe and in the United States.

Alexandru has experience in financial modeling and investment analysis as well as in providing studies and guidance to businesses and individuals for making investment decisions. Additionally, Alexandru has Program Management experience after working with Fortune 100 companies including ABN Amro USA, Dell Computers, Microsoft, British Petroleum, Staples, Continental Tire and Lightspeed. Alexandru has started by working as a Market Analyst in the Investment Banking Industry in the United States and for the past six years has focused on IT developments and their applications in the sustainability industry.

Alexandru holds a dual bachelor degree in Actuarial Mathematics and Economics from the Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest, Romania. He also graduated as a Beta Gamma Sigma Alumni from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, U.S.A with a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Alexandru speaks Romanian and English fluently and has a working knowledge of French and German. In his spare time Alexandru enjoys bouldering, mountain/road biking and running marathons.
