Claudia Frere-Anderson

Claudia joined ISOS Group in 2021 after a successful career as the inaugural sustainability director for the University of Washington in Seattle where she spent over 12 years overseeing sustainability reporting, climate action planning and programs. Before that, she launched corporate social responsibility initiatives for employees and community engagement for several leading Fortune 500 companies. Supplementing her people-centric approach to sustainability, Claudia follows the three Cs to help clients successfully achieve their sustainability goals: coordinate, collaborate and communicate. She earned an MBA in corporate social responsibility from Nottingham University Business School and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of San Francisco.
Claudia loves the outdoors and can often be seen hiking with her husband and three dogs on the Washington’s Olympic Peninsula trails.
