ISOS is offering a new course on the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Is this relevant to your company?
In the EU, CSRD came into force on 5 January 2023. It amends the Non-financial Reporting Directive (NFRD) and requires broader set of large companies, as well as listed SMEs, to report on sustainability. It modernizes and strengthens rules concerning social and environmental information that companies must report. Companies that are subject to CSRD are required to report according to European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS).
Is your company affected? It depends.
Are you an EU company and have at least two of following?
Over 250 employees
More than 40€ million in annual revenue
More than 20€ million in total assets
Publicly-listed equities and have more than 10 employees or 20€ million revenue
Are you an non-EU companies and have both:
More than 150€ million annual revenue within EU
Have at least one subsidiary or branch in EU exceeding certain thresholds
Our new course will cover a brief history of the EU Green Deal and the contents of the ESRS.
